Why I work for Seismic:
Because when you find a team of exceptional, talented individuals, who share your passion to use business as a force for good in the world, you hold on tight! I’m consistently inspired by and learning from my colleagues.
My experience:
I started working as a B Corp Consultant back when it wasn’t a real job, helping a number of founding UK B Corps to certify in 2015. Since then, I have committed my career to growing the B Corp movement, working with B Lab UK, delivering B Leaders training and inspiring companies to use the B Impact Assessment (BIA) to understand and improve their impact.
Some companies I’ve worked with:
PZ Cussons, Lily’s Kitchen, innocent drinks, Avon, Piper Private Equity, Tenzing, Sipsmith, The City of London Corporation, B Lab, The Collective, Gousto and the UN Global Compact UK Network.
A seismic change I’d like to see in the future:
Transparent and traceable supply chains with fair wages and safe working conditions for every single worker involved.
Where I like to be:
I am Canadian but have lived in England for the majority of my life, from Merseyside to Somerset and in between. I’m now based in London and I adore it!
